Arquitectonica is an award-winning, design-focused architecture and planning firm with a worldwide practice of 400+ employees located in nine offices.  Our Miami office is seeking a Marketing Assistant with 1-3 years’ experience to join our team. Our project types include Luxury Residential, Hospitality, and Mixed Use/Retail.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Assistant to support our team with database management, scheduling, and administrative coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring that systems, information, and timelines are accurate, current, and running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update marketing databases, including Deltek Vantagepoint and OpenAsset, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Organize and manage digital assets, project information, and marketing materials
  • Assist with the creation, updating, and formatting of internal and external forms and documents
  • Track deadlines, schedules, and team calendars to support ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather and input project and personnel information
  • Perform regular audits of databases and files to ensure completeness and quality control
  • Support general marketing and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, architecture, executive assistance, data entry, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with database systems
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, OpenAsset, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Interest in marketing processes, organization, and operational support

Compensation
Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience and abilities. 
 
This is a full-time role based in our Miami office. Please note:
  • Remote work is not offered or available.
